Black & White 3” $39.50 per dozen (one flavor per box) A dark chocolate circle of cake is topped with a thick layer dark
chocolate mousse and another of white chocolate. It is topped off
with chocolate shavings and a dusting of snow sugar.
Lemon Mousse 3” $36.00 per dozen (one flavor per box)
One layer of white sponge cake and a thick layer of refreshing
lemon mousse. Decorated with a trio of flower buds, each with a
tart lemon curd center.
Chocolate Raspberry 3” $39.50 per dozen (one flavor per box)
Dark Chocolate cake is topped with a dark chocolate mousse that
has a layer of whole raspberries in the middle. Finished with
chocolate glaze and chocolate curls.
Boston Cream Pie 3” $39.50 per dozen (one flavor per box)
Two layers of vanilla cake filled with rum pastry cream. The top is
glazed with chocolate and finished with white chocolate baseball
stitching.
Vanilla Swiss Almond 3" $40.08 per dozen (one flavor per box) Crushed chocolate almond bark and chocolate cookie crust give smooth
vanilla cheesecake a satisfying crunch. Finished with a chocolate glaze,
toasted sliver almonds and a spray of chocolate covered almonds.
